Cancellation Policy
 

If you need to change your existing appointment, you may do so by clicking “Manage Appointment” on your confirmation email, or you can contact us directly for rescheduling information. Please note, if your appointment is canceled or moved within 24 hrs of your appointment, you will be charged a fee of $50 per our Cancellation Policy. Please note that a $100 no-show fee will apply to any missed appointment without notice.

Retail Product Return/Exchange Policy
 

Retail product sales are non-refundable. If an unexpected adverse skin reaction or defective product occurs, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for store credit only.
